Gather (which was previously known as Gannon’s) in Maui is a beautiful place for a wedding.

Recently, I had the privilege of photographing the enchanting wedding of Elicita and Mauricio at Gather in Maui, an event that was nothing short of magical.

The couple had chosen Gather / Gannon’s in Maui for its unparalleled beauty and serene atmosphere, and their decision couldn’t have been more perfect. Set against the backdrop of swaying palm trees, turquoise waters off in the distance, and golden sunsets, their wedding captured the essence of romance.

The ceremony was supposed to take place on the Gather lower Knoll, however the weather had other plans and we had to move inside. Surrounded by family and friends, the bride and groom radiated joy and love as they pledged their commitment to each other.

Following the ceremony, guests were treated to a lavish reception while I took the couple off to the beach for their romantic photos. As the sun dipped below the horizon, guests dined on exquisite Hawaiian cuisine and toasted to the newlyweds’ happiness.

But perhaps the most memorable aspect of the evening was the sense of aloha – a spirit of love, compassion, and unity that permeated every moment. From heartfelt speeches to joyful dancing, there was an overwhelming sense of connection among all who attended.
