Molokai Wedding

I was overjoyed when Mandie contacted me as her photographer to shoot her Molokai Wedding.

Being a wedding photographer, I get alllll kinds of excited when I get to go take photos somewhere new, especially a cool little island like Molokai.

I decided to take the whole fam along for a long weekend of R&R at the same time. Renting a condo over there was pretty reasonable and getting around was easy with the Turo car we hired.

Wedding day

Mandie and Nick had brought their families and loved ones along to a house on the beautiful and windswept Papohaku Beach. The house was wonderful with vaulted ceilings and a view like no other. We walked from the house where they got ready down to the beach for their sunset ceremony. Then we walked right back up the little path and continued the party with their family!

I loved that Mandie and Nick weren’t afraid to get down and dirty in their wedding clothes and we got some great shots of them in the water!
